i needed 10 characters to post this.
McDonald’s driver speeds up next to you.
“Your order sir!”

I’d pay triple for that kind of service.
its amusing at times i almost died quite a few times last night in a reg mythic on a crappy geared tank i just started doing zero’s on and i pretty much knew it was gonna be disastrous cause all the people signing up were overgeared and just kept pulling everything and yes i would invited lower ilvl people but there were only overgeared people signing up so no choice to bad the healer and i wasn’t though makes for fun times.
I blame it all on the microwave oven. Instant gratification with the sacrifice of quality…
Create macro to explain issues to groups. Click macro again when someone asks. If they don’t listen pull bosses outside area to cause it to reset or pull the entire instance up to boss. After a few times they either get the message and slow down or you find a better group.
Blame the “I want it now” mentality that society has grown accustomed to. People don’t want to take time and enjoy something, they just want instant gratification.
It is also why MMOs are dying - why grind for weeks / months when you can log into Fortnite, swipe, and win in less than 20 minutes.
Let’s be fair Fortnite didn’t start that it was COD, you could go from one match to another no waiting just a button to click.
So, basically still asleep.
Those stupid kids would still be alive if they just got out of my damn way.
Sadly, that seems like the direction our society is moving.
Everyone wants everything new to come out now-now-now, but get upset if they have the slightest bugs - or require any real effort…
Dude, I’ve had people rage and honk and tail gate me, while I’m doing 80 in the passing lane, with too much traffic in the middle lane for me to move over.
It is annoying. Right now the BFA dungeons are notorious. They actually have mechanics on the normal setting that you can’t really avoid currently.
Like the amount of times you could wipe to the lord stormsong boss in shrine of storms currently, because the average player doesn’t know the mechanics is frustrating. But it is a learning experience all the same because BFA is the starting point for new players, which I don’t understand. Why not start them in shadowfang keep. Dungeons that are incredibly easy. Gives them time to learn and understand the game. I know I wouldn’t have been able to adapt very quickly to the BFA dungeons If I was a new player right now. But I started in late vanilla.
Shrine of storms also has some nasty trash to. Like the spiritualists who cast off heals, that you have to interrupt. And some healers have a hard time keeping up. Not that they are bad healers or anything, but why do the tanks set the pacing so blazingly high and fast. I honestly think that homogenization was one of the worst things to ever happen to retail. It truly does make a healers job that much harder when you have a go go go group to deal with. Dps and tanks no longer need mana anymore based on class or role, so they can just perma spam everything.
Obviously, not every tank or dps is like this. But enough of them are that it is completely annoying to the point where it causes issues. I cannot imagine being a healer anymore. Like I never will heal again in retail. There is legit no point.
Another thing I hate is when folks skip bosses in dungeons that have that option. I am in dungeons for a few reasons. Experience points. And gear. To boost my item level and what not. And if you skip that boss, that is 1 less chance I have at a shot at getting gear per run. It frustrates me. All because some folks like to que up, knowing they only have like 20 mins to play, and it is like, why would you join up at that point then. I set aside some time regardless of whether I am playing classic or retail. But If I only have 20 mins to play, and I know I am going to inconvenience others, I just choose not to play.
And other people are just lazy. I don’t feel like clearing that boss. So we are not gonna. Not the mentality that I like dealing with. I dunno, I just feel like every dungeon should have a reasonable amount of bosses in there. And if blizzard is going to add bosses to the dungeon that have an option to skip them. It makes me wish they never added them in the first place.
Omg this comment right here, i cannot stand that mentality.
If you’re only going 90 then you’re doing it wrong.
Fast food is poison.
It’s always existed, but the problem is, Blizz has created systems that encourage and reward this mentality.
People in this game do need to chill out, but it’s not the people pulling dungeons the way OP doesn’t want. It’s the people who can’t play with a group that isn’t playing how they want to play. Play how the group is playing without turning into a tomato. It aint worth it.
Homies for real wanna spend an hour in a normal dungeon lol
