It was already the best option to begin with. Only two pieces of PvE gear that I know had huge amounts of versatility and both are rings: the BoE ring from the raid, and the ring from Artificer Xy’mox.
You really can’t compare a 226 PvE piece that gives 40 versatility vs a 213 PvP piece that gives nearly 70. The difference is huge.
And if both pieces were 226, the PvP piece would still give more versatility.
And in pvp, vers is queen.
