SW portal from CoT is BUSTED

Sitting here in the Badlands after ending up in the ocean since the SW portal is not working from the fairgrounds. Might wanna fix this.

Also, avoid the one going to SW from the Panda Shrine. It will drop you a mile above the island behind Lordaeron.
