Maybe they will eventually bring old CM armor and weapons back.
Then make the black protodrake available.

That’s kind of my point. If they were to consistently bring everything back, then fine.
But this shouldn’t be a game of “do I need to sweat now to earn this thing, or could I wait in hopes that maybe Blizz has a change of heart and brings it back?”

I kind of understand where you’re coming from. Titles are pretty cool; nice little bit of self promotion and self aggrandizement.
Not cool enough for me to care who else gets them, tho. Circumstances may limit some players from acquiring these pixels- hell, some players might not’ve even been bornt yet.
And for the record- I personally couldn’t care less about this particular title. You would never see one of my toons with it.
I think giving players a crack at challenging titles and items, who might not’ve had the opportunity, is ultimately a net positive.
Getting attached is one thing, going full Gollum is another.
Exclusivety is ultimately a marketing ploy, to gaslight rubes outta their time and money.
Particularly when it comes to intangible items such as those found in video games. Blizzard doesn’t give anymore of a damn about you, than those lines of code they turned into that title you apparently covet so much.

I agree with the OP.
Titles based off of Achievements that can be trivialized later through better gear, class reworks or just plain old future content scaling should never come back.
It’s like saying players should still be able to get Cutting Edge: Argus the Unmaker today or using a real world scenario being able to win a little league trophy as an adult.

Every single limited time item or title should be put back into game. I don’t really care what anyone’s reason against it could be. That’s my opinion.

I think that anyone that had the original title should have the added visual effect of being faceless. Any toon that sports that title, has the face removed.

I do think it’s weird they are bringing back a FoS title. I don’t know if that’s happened before.
They did kind of do it with the Insane title where they kept the ability to get it but eliminated like 35% of the difficulty of doing it when they removed Shendralar.
Agree 100%. Its way above the pixels ,its a token a memento from that time when I acomplished something. I put the time back then to get it ita not fair to bring it back. Make a mew one

It could just be a placeholder, to be fair. If I recall (and I probably don’t, my memory sucks), the PTR for MoP Remix initially indicated that the wolf mount from SoO was going to be available again but that never actually went live. Maybe it’s the same thing here and the title will be replaced with a different one at some point.
Items I agree with outside of ones that Blizz specifically said were time gated, in game rewards like the Mage Tower. I don’t count the Bruto because that was available originally by just opening your wallet.
Titles though I feel are different. Using the example I gave what’s the point of having a Title showing that you beat some content when it was current in gear from that era if someone can do it today by one shotting a Boss?
Mage Tower and the CM sets/weapons from MoP/WoD should absolutely return. I say everything but honestly I don’t about M+ mounts or pvp mounts. I think all the elite pvp sets should return too but not as much as MT/CM stuff.
You didn’t accomplish anything. You played a game.
Again, I have Hand of A’dal, my MoP CM gear, WoD CM weapons, MT Weapon, and Let Me Solo Him achivement.
None of these are “accomplishments”, they’re meaningless activities I did in a video game. And I had to try really hard for the last two on that list.

Then put everything on a vendor, including mythic raiding and dungeon gear.

The sketch thing about bringing back the Mage Tower models in their OG form is the limited time aspect was heavily advertised to get people to stay subbed.
I’m no lawyer but that seems ripe for some false advertising kerfuffle and big companies like M-Soft hate that crap.
Of course if the numbers guys project some huge revenue number for bringing them back that would make the Risk/Reward ratio more worthwhile I’m sure they’d do it.
Everyone agreed to the EULA/TOS that says Blizzard can remove, modify, or whatever any item in the game.
Edit: Except one item!
Since Blizzard televised and made it a competition in the state of California, they cannot change the conditions on the Horde chopper.
