Couple days ago I was in Uldum and received a quest from an NPC at Ramkahen court yard. It was for the Eternal Traveler transmog gear. Since then with just random questing I have recieved 12 echo of mortality (need 40 to complete.) I have been told by several people that I should not of received this quest because I only purchased the standard version of the new expansion. Apparently from what I can find online the more expensive expansion packs that provided the mount is what gives a player this transmog. So did I receive this quest in error or is that transmog quest available to anyone?
This is not a bug, the quest is available to anyone that purchases the expansion.
It does seem strange that you can continue to pick up the quest even after acquiring the mog though.
When you get 40 you just need someone with the mount to summon the NPC so you can do the turn in.
