It’s not been long since mythic has been out, but only 1 alliance guild has cleared it. 19 horde guilds have cleared it. When the ratio is 1:19 then you know you screwed up your game.
Edit: It’s now 3 alliance to 23 horde.

This is why they should just let horde and alliance party with one another!
sure… if they want to put the final nail in this games coffin.
I hope that the ratio becomes 100:1. Not because I hate the alliance, but because maybe if the rift becomes that insane something will actually happen.
The only way anything gets fixed, is forced transfer.
The feedback loop is so far off centre because everybody knows the serious raiders are Horde.
So if I want to raid serious, i should roll Horde.
Pretty much this. At this point the only time soemething gets done is when the numbers are truly whacky. Right now 19 to 1 isn’t whacky enough apparently.
Nobody cares. If you want to do the raid, do the raid. If not, then don’t. The factions don’t need to be 100% perfectly balanced and saying there HAS to be the exact same amount of guilds doing the raid is dumb.
Most of the time people making posts like this have never even fully cleared a mythic current content raid and probably never will.
Like what exactly is the issue people have? “people who are doing content I’m never going to do are playing one faction over the other and it affects me in no way whatsoever, but I don’t like it!”
It’s as dumb as saying “Omg only Europeans ever get world firsts, european players should get nerfs and everyone else should get buffs”
They can add one Race with a very OP PvE Racial on the Alliance. Wait until a lot of guilds transfer to Alliance, then Nerf it back to be in-line with the others
But that wouldn’t cause a transfer in this environment because everybody would know the nerf is coming.
You’d have to nerf it slightly to fake the Horde out, then nerf it the rest of the way when they transfer thinking the numbers are finalized.
It doesn’t have to be even but it shouldn’t be an almost barren wasteland.
It’s a barren wasteland for both factions though, dude. Que times for both factions are very long and general population is way down if you haven’t noticed so saying “Omg the games ruined for the alliance!” just makes people sound whiny and entitled.
Both factions have a draught of players.
A barren wasteland for Horde? I’d argue that it’s not. In terms of population the Horde greatly outnumbers the Alliance. This has been a problem for many expansions now and really they haven’t done much to fix it.
This is the first expansion in the game’s history that there have been more Horde players than Alliance.
So what would be a realistic suggestion for Blizzard to fix the issue of world first raiders?
What’re you basing this on?
Realmpop, warcraftcensus, the data that Blizzard put out on the 10th anniversary (which corroborates the others). Take your pick.
Clearly you’ve never looked at que times for both factions for things across the board and are just emotionally talking, now.
Realmpop and Blizzard themselves disagrees with you.
Actually only since last expansion, really. Humans had the strongest PvP racial in the game for almost 13 years, leaderboards were filled with ONLY human playable classes and nothing else. Didn’t see anyone complaining back then?
You can’t fix people deciding to choose one faction over the other, especially if people are basing their argument on 2% of the player base picking one faction over the other and pretending it’s some astronomical problem.
But that doesn’t show that this is the first expansion that the population is tilted to one side. That just shows that right now it’s tilted to one side.
You’re right.
However, unlike you, a bunch of us have been paying attention to the data for years. And we know that the same data sources showed that:
We know this because we’ve been paying attention.
There’s paying attention and then there’s documentation. Unless you have something concrete that shows otherwise then you’re just stating opinions and not facts.
