The end of the world is in your hands…

Deleting your character no longer deletes it - it just makes it a rogue A.I that travels through your realm and attempts to kill everything it sees. There is no limit to the amount of Alts that can become these rogue characters. They will be an issue if you make enough of them - but that choice is in your hands.

Do you carefully consider your choices? Ensure that you don’t delete a buncha high level raiders? Or do you spam northshire with a buncha lvl 1s and never look back?

Neither. I’ll be dancing

Too much work, wait till tomorrow, or the next day…

Are the rogue AIs capable of gaining xp for killing things? I feel like they’d all end up congregating in a specific spot based on the pathing of enemies within their range. Like they’d all end up getting constantly mowed down at the Stormwind gates or they’d end up off the shore of Stranglethorn Vale or something.

I figured they’d be capable of gaining xp/artifact power/ “running mythics” for better gear. And that the priority for their kills are warmode enabled players

I would never allow a rogue to be active on my account.

Ooooh that could add some fun RP - you’re an illidari loyalist fighting hordes of fel corrupted traitors - or a death knight trying desperately to hold onto their past life as their comrades go on the hunt; sensing such weakness and seeking it out
