My character has become permanently hard locked on the “The Empty Cradle” achievement story tree, which completely blocks all progression for the “Lost Legends” weekly Harandar mechanics. I completed the first two components of the storyline, but NPC Zur’ashar Kassameh refuses to offer the crucial continuation quest “The Stolen Staff” (Quest ID: 90735). Because he defaults to offering his generic weekly artifact UI menu instead of his campaign dialogue, the interface has soft-locked. The right-side final relics remain greyed out and unselectable, and the base relics cannot be selected either. I have verified my backend character script flags: - “The Listener” (Quest ID: 90733) returns: TRUE - “In the Name of the Goddess” (Quest ID: 90734) returns: TRUE - “The Stolen Staff” (Quest ID: 90735) returns: FALSE Because Quest 90734 is completed but 90735 cannot be accepted, NPC Shul’ka Seila does not phase into the world at coordinates 58.8, 47.8, leaving me with zero active quests or physical objects to interact with across my entire Warband. Steps Taken to Resolve (All Unsuccessful): 1. Completely abandoned the weekly “Lost Legends” quest to clear phases. 2. Completed a 15-minute complete log-out soft reset. 3. Attempted to run “/run QuestMapFrame_ShowQuestDetails(90735)” directly next to the NPC. 4. Cleared cache files and attempted capital-city-initiated Party Syncing. Please manually push or flag Quest ID 90735 (The Stolen Staff) to my character’s quest log, as this database desync has completely halted my expansion campaign progression for multiple weeks.
Hey so IDK if I am in the same issue but I am working on this as well and as of right now I am redoing the event each week and finding that “The Echoless Flame” is not giving credit when its completed thus no quest “to listen” will spawn from the NPC Zur’Ashar Kassameh. TOday I have gone back and completed all the quests in the zone thinking maybe warband locked on alts that is affecting the completion. And when I mean completion running script and it still says false after complete,
Update to this. Still says false but when I did A’n’hara’s bloom I got credit for the listener and didn’t do the quest since my warband has done it.
Also to add, unless its a oversight. The progression of the items is different then the achievement listing for “Legends never die” so I might need to do Aln’hara’s Bloom before The Echoless Flame to get credit in the progression.
But if that is the case then I shouldn’t have true for Root of the world
Updating this thread with additional context. I now have two characters locked out of this chain — Shieldheart, who completed “The Listener” and “In the Name of the Goddess” but cannot receive “The Stolen Staff,” and Anakim, who completed “The Listener” but also cannot progress after the most recent weekly reset.
I have an open support ticket (#109442822) that has gone through multiple Game Masters without resolution. Each response has redirected me to community resources rather than addressing the underlying bug.
Regarding Vasku’s findings — I can confirm the NPC Zur’ashar Kassameh is defaulting to the generic weekly artifact UI instead of campaign dialogue, which matches the phasing issue described. Additionally, when accepting the weekly quest, I am unable to interact with the five artifacts on the left side of the UI, further confirming the phasing and progression lock. The potential ordering discrepancy between “Legends Never Die” and the actual required completion sequence is worth investigating as a root cause.
This has now persisted through multiple weekly resets with no path forward on either character. This needs direct developer attention.
I have the same issue here, maybe they won’t fix it.
yeah i have the exact same issue. ive done all 7 relics, I can select them to “revisit them”. I have done the first 3 parts of the Empty cradle achievement and the 4th just isnt popping. Ive tried all the fixes suggested in wowhead posts about these issues, ive had a ticket running for over a week now with no resolution.
Update today, So I got “the listerner” part to give credit on my shaman after completing Aln’hara’s Bloom. Although when I still use the script from wowhead to check completion, it still says false.
I am curious if others are seeing this who are having issues with quest completion and progress.

So did Russula’s outreach, still false on 6/16 after completing and no update with the achievement. Still only progress is The Listener and even made sure to relog and change zone to check.
Will be trying The Echoless Flame now on 6/23 to see if it may turn true or give me ability to do second part of the achievement.
Also to add if doing The Echoless Flame doesn’t give me second part of “the empty cradle” I will be doing “Sky’s Hope” on 6/30 and that means I have done all 7 on my shaman. If I do get some progress or quest to populate then I will continue with the order above in my post references “legends never Die”
To update! 6/23/2026, I took the Echoless flame, got to the stone and it would not progress to the next part to complete. Then I decided instead of abandoning it, I would relog and see if it fixed. Well it completed the quest from relogging. SOOOO it didn’t give update on the achievement and auto completed it self. Blizz really needs to fix this or just remove the achievement
There still been no update. I tried Sky Hope today, which means I have done all 7 of these and still only have the listener of the Empty cradle achievement. Its not giving me the next questline…. If this is going to be a hunt and pick til you get it then there really needs to be clear definition in the quest progression or achievement. Every quest I have available to me is completed in the zone and all side quests. I have confirmed this. I have also confirmed that I did complete all the quests that were part of the warband and still not proc for In the Name of the Goddess to do the Tea ceremony. Blizz please fix.
Also want to add, I checked the vendor that sells the decor, and it does show I can not by 4 of the Decor, “sky hope”, “aln’hara bloom”, “the Echoless Flame” “Russula’s Outreach”. I am pretty sure once one of these actually complete when doing the legends quest we will progress but it seems that the quest mob is not giving us the correct quest to complete even if we do it each time
Also want to add, you can see what is locked and unlocked on an account by checking the decor vendor in the cave below the quest giver for the legends. What I am seeing and reason why no one is getting credit is when you complete these via warbound, the quest giver now has changed to a different quest and thus you can not actually complete the correct quest with the relics to gain further progression.
