Here we go deflecting linking your hunter again.
Just because it’s super simple to play doesn’t mean some people still aren’t going to fail extra hard at playing it.

Brother… tell me you’re not talking about the percentiles on WarcraftLogs please.
I was refuting Azorrthorian argument about it being braindead. if its brain dead then the 35th percentile hunters wouldnt be 40k behind 75th percentile hutner. im not even comparing 90 percentile here to 20.
if you can fail it something then maybe its not brain dead.
The caster player in me is a bit jealous seeing BM hunters being able to DPS on the move and doing amazing damage, ngl.
I do get the jealousy there haha it is really crap stopping casts to move.
Must really hurt Warlocks when they have to stop casting chaos bolt tho haha
In sorry but someone that has zero credibility isn’t able to refute the top theory crafter for hunters.
People being at the 35th percentile because they can’t handle mechanics and doing a three button rotation doesn’t mean BM isn’t braindead.
They said BM Hunter is by far the easiest spec to play in the game. I figured when asking to see parses that it would be assumed that I was after BM Hunter parses.
Why would I be asking to see parses for anything else?
Credibility doesnt really belong in this convo since people are sharing opinions. no one here is stating any facts.
Balance druids got nerfed in Shadowlands because they could keep up Starfall and cast on the move, so it’s a bit of a sore point imo
oh yeah i forgot about that. that was really fun.
Because that’s how GD is. Ask for credibility. Which, for the record, Snozo has.
Some facts have absolutely been stated. BM does not have to worry about movement* (not sure why I’d typed stats here). A large portion of their damage is passively doled out via their pets, with the BM hunter simply refreshing buffs, DoTs and maintaining the resources required to do so. Also pressing cooldowns as they come up.
What does stats have to do with skill. you sim every piece of gear before you equip it.
so ur saying the class has passive damage and requires refreshing buffs and maintaining dots and managing resources and pressing cooldowns when they are up. This is most classes. lol
Credibility does matter. You’re sharing opinions. I’m sharing factual statements.
It’s easy to say credibility doesn’t matter when you don’t have any.
bro u have shared no facts. sharing some random theory crafters opinion isnt a fact. youre just passing on what someone else said. a fact is something that have been proven through evidence based studies.
you literally have 0 credibility just like everyone on this forum.
The guy that writes the wowhead guides, is the leader of the hunter class discord, is doing 25 plus keys and mythic raids at a high level doesn’t have credibility?
I have more credibility than a random troll hiding their main.
I mistyped. I edited the post as you were responding.
“Large portion” was an operative phrase.
On the other hand, if you compare to Enhancement, I have to:
Track MSW, so I don’t use stacks too early or too late
Keep an eye on an RNG-based cooldown reduction for wolves
Multidot, but keep track of who I have it on because it can only be on a limited number of targets before it drops off of previous ones, and make sure one of those is a priority target before I use the enhanced lightning bolt from PW
Keep up lashing flames on all the above mentioned targets that are hit with a dot, adding another layer to upkeep on specific targets
Manage 2 procs on a priority system
and rotationally use 8-9 buttons within that priority system on the low end (this is not accounting for cooldowns or utility of any kind.
This is a very general overview of what I need to keep track of on when I play Enhancement. WoW’s skill floor is high. Its skill ceiling is not always low. With BM hunter, it is.
he shared his opinion on the class thats it. it doesnt make it a fact.
he finds it to be the easiest class good on him. other people might find other classes super easy to play.
again thats ur opinion.
idk man with weak auras and plater profiles classes are easy. i mean a weak aura literally glowing the button you should press lol. Hekili addon literally gives u a 50-70%ile parse on any class lol.
Fun fact, these tend to be so bad they’re even wrong for BM Hunter optimization sometimes.
Luxthos is cool and all, but these do not exist for people who really want to significantly improve.
When someone is talkingabout their main class and says something along the lines of
“BM has always had a bad rap for being easy to play but in 10.2 it’s literally braindead” it’s not just an opinion.
Especially when the person countering the claim is hiding their main.
