The Dragonflight Pre-Expansion Patches Go Live Beginning Oct. 25

Will Winds of Wisdom end phase one?
Or do we get to keep leveling alts until the actual launch of the game during phase two?
I really hope we get to use it until November 15th.

To spread out tasks, so next and subsequent weeks don’t have to be down as long.

Which I highly suspect next week will be another long maintenance window too.

I’m over here like
farming tmog AND the heirloom as well as messing about with evokers deciding if I want to main one or not
Literally a month away still. So disappointed.

At least there is still overwatch lol.

They’ve already said that winds of widsom will go away when dracthyr arrive.

So kiss the buff goodbye on Nov 15.

All that QoL stuff usually goes in with the first phase of prepatch unless technical issues like they had with the communities rollout for bfa.

It’s not leveling that’s an issue. It’s mainly trying to get a feel for the class and trying to get some amount of catchup gear prior to the launch of DF. Evokers need every ilvl advantage they can get while leveling in DF.

Right? I have half a mind to refund my sub since it just renewed until next month. I haven’t touched wow in 2 weeks and its going to be another month until the thing most of us have been waiting for gets released xD

Welcome to prepatch.

Just like legion and SL prepatch where we had loads of nothing to do until the 4th (legion) and 5th (SL) weeks of prepatch.

And people said I was ungrateful and that people wanted to be out of the preceding expansion. Even though my opposition hadn’t even done anything in the game to warrant being fed up with it.

It wouldn’t be AS bad if evokers were on ptr, but they aren’t. So a majority can’t even lightly scratch that itch.

Devil’s advocate but getting a feel for the class could have been done through beta. When they were.

Yes. It’s a hero class so it starts off somewhere in the 50s. On the Beta I barely finished their starter area before hitting 60.

Evokers are playable on beta
 What are you talking about

Evokers start at 58, I think. It shouldn’t take long to level one.

Fix Paladin.

The legion prepatch had both the Demon Hunters and Invasions for 3 weeks before the expac launch. Alot of people assumed it would be the same for Evokers and the Primalists invasions.

Im fine with the first week without them. But 2 weeks feels very short, especially since they seem really fleshed out. Would also help with Pre-orders.

Eh, if they weren’t on beta, how did I get one leveled up to 68?

PTR was not intended to be to test evokers. It was intended to test prepatch phase 1.

So evokers aren’t in pre-patch? Got it xD
