The only thing good about the Nightborne is the Heritage Armor. The rest of it is garbage.
The thing I wanted with the Nightborne is to be the exact model they were when we met them in the Suramar campaign, but we didn’t get that.

They are only great as a female Arcane Mage, but they nail it with the heritage armor/weapon. I still struggle to give my male NB a good priest set. Or better said, I’m not motivated to farm Legion raids atm.
We can, after we get the Earthen Dwarves then push to get Dark Iron Dwarf and normal Dwarf customizations for them for the full benefit on Horde side and as Horde players like Alliance has and got with Void Elves.
Thats simply not true. High elf rpers are common yes, but I have seen good void elf rep from the players. They’re a great addition IMO.
Is this based on a fact, or just your opinion. Because Void Elves were not a mistake. They were just introduced poorly.
And as always this is exactly what was asked for by Alliance players, same with the getting our eye colors, our hair colors and our skintones, they legit have gotten thing after thing after thing shared to them from us because of the model being the same, what has Horde gotten for Nightborne that’s shared from Night Elves, nothing because they are considered different races because of a completely different model.
It’s about time we finally get an Alliance race available on the Horde side.
This is just an example from AD-EU – but Void Elf-player RP is dead. You see a few leveling with it but everyone is Quel’dorei in the Alliance cities.
Tonight is Dalaran Trade Night and I bet we will see Quel’dorei/Sin’dorei but almost no Void Elves doing RPs. It’s always the same with every event, especially in Tiragarde and so on. Void Elves are not beloved. Ever. There were a few RP-guilds back then but just go around Stormwind. Almost every elf-player is either Highborn, half-human or Quel’dorei. I have to see an actual committed Void RPer or RPG group on our server. Oh well, perhaps I’ll ask around the Crossroad if someone RPs on Alliance-side as a Void Elf.

Why are you counting only RPERs?
Thats a fraction of the playerbase.
And this is why I like them, they are not just a lazy copy paste. I like playing my Nightborn as they are.
If you want an Alliance race (or model), Nightborn, female Dracthyr and Earthen Dwarves are here for you.
Because I only play on RP-servers these days anymore.
I don’t know how it is on Alliance-based servers to be honest. And all my characters moved from the biggest Horde-server (Draenor-EU) to AD.
They don’t have any lore even after a patch about the Void (8.3).
Yeah, I know. I hope the following expansion would give some much needed love for the Void Elves to expand upon the lore.
Not every player on rp servers engage in RP either. Looking at the overall playerbase you will find void themed void elves, Even if they’re not the majority, which i’m not sure is the case either.
Yes I know and I’m super excited that Horde will finally get an Alliance race like Alliance got with Void Elves, it’s why I said after we get them we can do like Alliance players did and ask for Dark Iron Dwarf and normal Dwarf customizations for the full benefit on the Horde side and as Horde players.
It never happends because they are already in the game as playable game. I don’t see Blizz doing the same job a second time moslty when the races are already here.
Better to give Felblood Elves or San’layn options for Blood Elves.
You say this when Blood Elves already had all the normal looks and customizations and people asking for them for Void Elves got them the same ones which in turn was nothing more than shared customizations so it’s easy to see how that could be flipped and done for Earthen Dwarves and Horde with Dark Iron Dwarves and normal Dwarves because we will lack those customizations.
It never happends. We can already play them.
I’m still waiting for Horde to get Dragonmaw Orc, Forest Troll and Fel/Chaos skins now.
You keep saying that but you could already play real High Elves on Horde side with the exact same customizations and it happened so you have no actual basis of it never happening just have to get the Earthen Dwarves then start asking for it and I fully intend to on here, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
yes such beautiful 3d work and detail, and i’ve always loved the opalescent feathers
I don’t play High Elf or Void Elf.
It’s better to claim Felblood Elf skins and San’layn options for Blood Elf because it will never happend.
We still asking for Frostborn Dwarf, Dragonmaw Orc, Forest Troll and Fel/Chaos Orc skins whitout success for a long time (many years now).
So it’s better to help us with these races because it could eventually happen one day.
