I play with them and everyday i see many other too. It’s not popular but to say that nobody plays them it’s a big lie.
But i still agree with you in general. Alliance need more unique races.

have… have they never followed the Horde story? Seriously, the Horde is the Alliances punching bag. The only reason we aren’t still killing Horde leaders is because… WE RAN OUT OF HORDE LEADERS TO KILL.
OH, and I think it’s funny that the Alliance complains about “Diaper Gnomes” because they can’t wear transmogs… THAT’S ALMOST EVERY HORDE RACE, oh but not Blood Elves, which the Alliance were able to get because they literally cried until they got them.

You’re complaining because the Horde are getting Dwarves? WE DON’T WANT THEM. We have NEVER once requested them. Dark Iron would have fit, but evne then, we want other things. NO ONE WANTS THEM.

Every single one of our leaders is new, save for the Blood Elves. Every single leader has been killed, or magic’d away.

Should have done neither and actually introduced something unique.
But the Alliance doesnt actually want anything unique. In races or storytelling.

My criticsm was mostly focused on the men, but it’s a similar issue with the women, the arm’s give a ‘strongwoman’ build look same with her shoulders and upper back has muscle definition, but once you go below her chest it’s like a compleatly different body type, she has no muscle definition anymore and a more pear shaped ‘noble who’s never worked a day in her life’ sort of build… it dosen’t add up.

its weird. i kindA liked sylvannas till they ruined her and i’m not even a horde player. i mean, i have some blood elves and nightborne but only play them once a year lol oh and some classic trolls

i have a friend who worked hard all her life and is pear shaped, so it isnt just a noble thing. but i agree… they dont remind me of strong women, more like sumo wrestlers, who use their belly fat as leverage

This is might be true, yes. Unfortunately we have no access to player numbers anymore. It would be interesting to see if the numbers have been grown since BfA.
I’m a Horde-player at heart and I don’t agree with the villain bat as well - but the reasons for this poor execution is bad story telling, which has nothing to do with the gameplay department, where the Alliance don’t get race diversity at all.
This is not possible for over a decade now. But there is a splinter group available of DID, which could be given to the Horde.
It’s true. I remember the comments back in the day. Even Kul Tiran were highly requested, which sounds insane nowadays to write. wowhead comments had a full-blown feud over the Vulpera and the Brewfestival leaks.
We do not discuss storytelling here but gameplay and races.

Oh I agree. and the Alliance getting another Dwarf race isn’t any better, it is probably much worse. This is their 3rd Dwarf race, in a faction that looks like humans of varying heights, they get another human looking allied race.

The fourth, actually:
- Bronzebeard Dwarves (= “Dwarf”, Ironforge, etc.)
- Wildhammer Dwarves (= subrace of “Dwarf”)
- Dark Iron Dwarf
- Earthen
It’s just shameful at this point. You don’t need to like Alliance but they are just a dumpster place nowadays.

I mean in an obvious cash grab, it just makes sense to copy paste and tweak some existing assets than create a bunch of totally new things. We’re getting rushed expansions consisting of watered down patches/seasons (and paying out the nose for them) in a last ditch effort to milk us whales of all they can before the game finally goes true F2P (and then the real serious divide between the whales and other players begin).
With no new class (thank gods) being introduced and presumably without a bonkers broken racial to carry the race, I doubt we’ll see any significant amount of them running around.

oh well. i still want playable high elves but something like fae would be cool too. i like faeries and all the high fantasy races, really, like dryads. and ethereals would be interesting
they just wanted bearded ladies. 
From a kul tiran player I think the males are ok but I’d like an option to have the females not look fat and for the mechagnomes I’d like an option to have the allied armor include the 3 color schemes for normal mechagnome customization because I like the rusty appearance and allied armor doesn’t have it as an option.
