I tried getting the Sun and everytime I do the quest after I cleared out the clouds I can’t reach and grab the sun to finish the storyline and still stuck on the broken quest in badlands…

Same… I can’t get the sun because the hypnosis swirl is on the back of the neck…

I’ve had the same problem. Blizzard has ackhowledged the issue, but states it does not yet have a fix as of one week ago.
Go through the first two steps: make yourself big until it tells you to look in the clouds, then search five clouds until the sun shows up, can’t click on the sun? Exit vehicle and asked him to start the story again and you’ll start at step 3. Make yourself big just once, search another cloud, and then you will be able to click on the sun.
It worked for me. I hope it helps
