Blizzard has changed their minds more than once. These changes they are making are of old things. Stuff they weren’t around for then, why should it represent them? It represents the player experience and people are not happy with them taking these things away.
They can tell us the reasons for this mass virtue signal till their blue in the face. People that are unhappy are allowed to say they STILL don’t like the book burning.
Again. This is not what I’m saying. I’m saying Blizzard has already given you people your answer. They are making these changes because it’s important to them, even in my original post I was clear that I understood that you people could keep screaming and crying about it, but the fact is that Blizzard has ended the conversation with you. They made their statement, and no further screaming and crying is going to change their decisions.
Blizzard roughly said, “this is what we’re doing, end of conversation. You’re talking to yourself now.”

The devs are now using the “Support the devs” line as a defense for this wanton censorship of anything not completely PG. It’s getting pretty disgusting, and I’m on the “woke” side of the isle.

Yeah I saw that because I 100% do not support devs who make these kinds of changes. I will support people from being subject to what happened at Blizzard, but that doesn’t mean my support of their job is 100% unconditional and not based on what they actually do.

I never claimed to, but I can read their statement as what it is.
They have responded and said this is what they’re doing. That’s the end of the discussion for them. They’ve said “this is what is happening” and gave no quarter.
