Having to do the class specific quests on each character is fine. Requiring generic things like the legionfall campaign on every single character is just stupid.

Would love for this to be account-wide, because I’ll be damned if I’m going to do Balance of Power more than once until its nerfed more!!!
I did it twice in legion.
It’s September 2019 and they still haven’t made it account wide.
Would it really be that difficult to change this??
Blizzard seriously needs to make this achievement account wide so any character class can use the tier 3 balance of power artifact skins, and not just the class you unlock the achievement with. I can’t believe this is so old and has not been made more convenient yet.
