The punishment for cheaters by the GM’s on the Asian servers is minimal. Most in-game reports go unanswered, even reports of cheaters who stripping their gear in solo shuffles to benefit the opposing team. Months later, the accounts remain not banned.
These cheaters monopolize the Arena ratings above 2400 and the top three positions in solo shuffles. As a player with a rating between 2000-2400, I am greatly affected by this. Many players, including myself, have opted to join the US servers.
There are many cheaters who are very arrogant and easy to be discovered. For example, the cheater who ranked first as a Restoration Druid has an ID that means: “If you want to cheat for benefits, please join our guild”; and the cheater who ranked third as a Havoc Demon Hunter has an ID that means: “If you want to be the first solo, please contact me.”

They not only have cheating-related names, but I have actually encountered them cheating and reported them in-game.
World of Warcraft is not just a competitive game. I don’t want to give up my main character on Asian servers and only play arenas on the US servers. My purpose in posting is to make more people (or, in this case, GMs) aware of this issue.
