The Alliance Finally has regain its Identity since Wildhammers are finally playable!

After years and years of waiting for the Wildhammer Clan to be made playable. It finally happened during Blizzcon 2019 that they are 100% Full on Customization Option and Honestly. This looks really Good. Now am I bit very sad that they are not a Allied Race with their own Heritage Armor, Mount, and Dwarven Druid Class? Yes but its better than nothing.

Heck I love the Tattoo Design and Colors they did with the Wildhammer Clan as well as different beard options, hairstyles, faces, different tattoos, and skin color. I didn’t know we actually have black dwarves within World of Warcraft now? Hey here you go folks. Demoman is in World of Warcraft but as a Celtic Dwarf. XD

I hope the Pre-Patch comes soon so that I can finally play as a Wildhammer Monk, Shaman, and well of course other kind of classes but Shaman and Monk will be my choices of play. Are you excited to play Wildhammer Dwarves Folks? If so what class will you be?

I won’t be playing one, but seeing other people so happy about them makes me happy! Enjoy y’all!

Clearly great timing, exactly when alliance is almost dead because everyone who cares about content has moved to the horde

I’m excited for Wildhammer Clan, but also dissapointed they get water washed into Bronzebeard Clan…

Let’s hope with Wildhammer customisations it changed your race title too “Wildhammer Dwarf”.

Not convinced, honestly.

I still think there needs to be a Wildhammer Dwarf choice option, either as core or allied race, not just a “Dwarf” , with customizations :X .

Look at all these debby downers. SMH, isnt the reason playable dwarves can be shamans because they are actually wildhammer?

Whats the difference ? racials ? because at the end if they look like wildhammer whats the problem  ?.

This is the same reason I would be happy to get HE options for void elves. Just to have the look if not the race.

I really like the new dwarf options and am happy I can finally make a too’d dwarf.

Not a problem, just not what I’d want, thats all.

“Dwarf” race has always been there, but it’s always been Bronzebeard Dwarves. Like playable “Tauren” are…a specific tribe, and further added Tauren need to be specified such as Highmountain.

The exact same race is now having broader customization options, that’s all.

I’ve always supported the inclusion of (most) warcraft classic races to both Alliance and Horde. I don’t feel any of those have become real as of yet with these additions.

Also racials, yes, wildhammers DEFFINITLY should have flying-mount racials, among other things.

Lore-wise they should be given an own scenario, and an Aerie peak home or connection.

The new customizations coming with shadowlands sound great the only thing that I have an issue with is most allied races could just be customizations for the main ones

Oh i get it now . Yeah i will love to see the bond betwen them and the Alliance ; how they fought together in all those wars.

Yeah i feel you.

This is just my personal opinion but this’d be straightforward SAD.

I mean, from my perspective, Alliance having both Wildhammers and Quel’Dorei as active members since Second War (Wildhammer not continuously, but they rejoined), they are classic members and should given their well-deserved playable place.

Having ex Blood elves who joined with a poor, almost non existant, rushed, “in a nutshell” but lacking otherwise non-nutshell lore, void elves as a substitute for our 25ish years-old members? …I would be far from happy. That’s just me though-

This is the way of thinking that Blizzard wants for the alliance

I agree with Bryian, it’s better then nothing, but sad because Wildhammer Dwarves definetly deserve the Allied Race treatment and make over the Dark Irons got…

Edit: in all seriousness, Blizzard just took the lazy way out, instead of aiming for better and greater things, Wildhammer Heritage armour like Falstad in HoTs, Unique Gryphon ground mount, trying to always push the bar higher and higher…They just said ahhh stuff it just put it with Bronzebeard Dwarves.

I would have taken legit wildhammer dwarves as an allied race over mechagnomes. Even if it required exhalted with the wildhammer faction from cataclysm.

They did no such thing. They did not announce a wildhammer allied race, they just let you pick formerly NPC-only customizations for playable characters, including wildhammer tats.

So Bronzebeard dwarves with tats. NOT wildhammer dwarves.

That’s been the trend for BfA, and something it looks as if they’re regrettably doubling down on for slands.

The sad thing is, I see smaller companies, do more work and put more effort into their games…you’d think Blizzard would try to make itself great again…

If nothing else, Wildhammer are supposed to be noticeably larger than Bronzebeards and Dark Irons.
