The Alliance Experience is completey dying

Yeah that attitude of exclusion and xenophobia didn’t work well for you in the past, and won’t in the future.

Because that’s what they choose to do. There’s nothing stopping you from putting a pug together and taking a crack at BoD.

That wasn’t directed at YOU genius.

Good Lord.

You don’t get immunity for bad decisions simply because they are bad.

You don’t remember the outcry during ToT?

Somehow “Make the Alliance more like the Horde” doesn’t seem like a great solution. People play Alliance and Horde for different reasons, most players aren’t competitive PvP or PvE players and thus are unaffected by which faction is more competitive.

Horde is the “serious” faction is because of racials and not asthetic. Early in WoWs life Alliance PvE racials and Paladins were superior for PvE, and thus mostly dominated the scene. Give Alliance broken racials and watch the top guilds drift back over. The problem isn’t solved because world first guilds will take any advantage no matter how small. They aren’t interested in asthetic.

So basically… you want better racials and a a tribal race?

Well… you’re most likely getting the Ahn’koan in 8.2, so scratch off the tribal race.

Not really. This invasion feels pretty packed full of Alliance.

You literally just asked for a new race.

Surprise! That doesn’t fit very well with the Alliance. You’re basically asking for the Alliance to become the Horde.

I don’t have any clue how to track down beta forums from years ago. It doesn’t matter though because that doesn’t mean blizz did anything there in response to complaints.

Well golly, since horde have always been able to get to the alliance wickerman without flagging maybe it wasn’t fair after all.

For Beast Slaying? The best part was that, in vanilla and BC, Alliance players openly mocked Beast Slaying on these forums, saying it was the worst racial in the game.

In Throne of Thunder, the Alliance players raised a royal stink about how Beast Slaying was the most overpowered racial in the game, and had to be changed. Which, of course, Blizzard did, because Blizzard always caves in to Alliance crying.

The funny part is that Beast Slaying didn’t change between those two points in time. The Alliance just ran out of other things to complain about, since they had already gotten all the other Horde racials nerfed.

Oh boy. You’re doing this thing again.

Adding to the ever increasing irony here its already a poor foundation of an argument to generalize. Especially in an unironic way, but you do you.

War mode kind of proved that the Alliance have relevant numbers to the Horde, and Blizzard stating that the factions were equal upon BfA launch… kind of proves that they had relevant numbers to the Horde.

This Thread is basically “I feel a certain way so it must be true”.

Horde privilege strikes again… those dastardly Horde have it so good, they basically get free 400 ilvl gear, and they STILL can’t put together a raid group. The Alliance are so oppressed, they’re basically Blizzard’s indentured servants.

You have cities that don’t look like crap… Most races that look good leaders that aren’t revolving doors. Once again alliance is raiding a city… Yet again just like with SoO it’s horde bias.

There will never be pleasing some people

Right back at you buddy. You kept the Orcs alive so that’s another place where YOU CREATED THE HORDE. Just like i said from the very beginning.

No it’s fine as long as you acknowledge you are generalizing. We aren’t Blizzard staticians here. We can only speak to our experience.

Also i think you don’t understand what irony means. Namely, “The opposite of what you would expect.” If you expect anything other than generalizations on this forum, you must be new.

Yeah, I never understood this. People would complain that MoP was a Horde expansion… when the Alliance were literally invading Orgrimmar… :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

this sounds like nonsense to me.

but if this happens im fine with it, just give horde dwarves

And Horde get flagged at the Alliance tables outside Ironforge for
Pilgrim’s Bounty. Yet that has never been fixed. Because Horde just deal with it, whereas Alliance run crying to mommy Blizzard to complain. Just like always.

I seriously don’t understand the people who think there is a deliberate bias for any faction.

Do people actually believe that the devs sit around a table and go, “So, a new patch. How can we make [Insert Faction] hate their faction?! Because the [Insert Opposing Faction] are so much better!”

See how stupid it sounds? (Not intended towards you btw)

What I was implying was no more reskins. aka cosmetic features.

We want a brand new race. A savage race.

Again… Why is the Horde allowed to have more civilzed races like Belfs, but we can’t have a single tribal race? Really?

No double standards. If the Horde is allowed to step out of its tribal boundaries, then the Alliance should be allowed to have at least 1 tribal race.

Yes, I have this thing where I get really annoyed when people base their argument on a claim they can never prove. I know it’s completely insane, but I like seeing substantial evidence when someone is trying to tear down another side with baseless accusations.

A race is a cosmetic.

You have Night Elves and Void Elves. Two savage-like races who belong nowhere.
