I already offered a great suggestion, which was totally ignored and it would appease all parties.

Just copy Lord of the Rings Online leveling scaling system.

They have a NPC in game that allows to select the world difficulty you want. It has 15 levels with top one being pretty tough. Each level has a xp boost, and other rewards to go with it.

It makes leveling to cap in the game a lot of fun, because the world mobs have teeth, and they give extra XP to make up for the increased HP and dmg they do.

How can you argue against that?

Um, i made this suggestion at the top of the page.

This tech doesn’t phase you either, you share the same game world as everyone else.

Lotro has a 20 year old game engine, if they can do it with their small team, I’m sure WoW can do it.
