They aren’t vacationing though. They’re actively working on 8.3 and Shadowlands. And 8.3 is roughly right on time. In BfA patches have been about three ish months apart. Going into January is only a couple weeks longer. Things take time to make.

Well it is the holidays. I expect Blizzard to be quite until after the new year. My gues s they will start talking once they have enough 8.3 news.
So here’s the thing… Classic’s content is already mapped out and developed; all they have to do is implement this stuff.
For Retail, they are constantly in the process of creating stuff.
This actually can lead to missteps. I suspect the reason the Worgen heritage armor looks so unpolished is that, by the time it was released to the public and they received the negative feedback, the art team had probably already moved on to the next thing.

If you had read any of the classic forum you would realize that people playing classic don’t think they’re getting enough of the sort of attention you think they are, and way too many changes that nobody asked for or wanted.

the point is… scroll down something like mmochampion… theres only wow classic news. BFA inst exactly a best seller for blizzard to afford ignoring it for 2 months on end. They didnt even put a new ptr build out today. Im sorry, but theres no spinning this.

They’re not ignoring it at all. There’s been PTR builds left and right. Also just because there’s not a PTR build today means nothing. PTR builds typical release towards the end of the week (Thursday usually)
