Unless you’re a Blizzard employee, you couldn’t possibly know.
They don’t discuss player actions with anyone not directly affected.
Report all you want. False reports are a bannable offense on the forums (an actual ban, not the nonsense you’re calling a ban).
There may be other Asana’s out there, it actually is a real name, but we all know I’m the best one. 
Others can share your name as long as they acknowledge the proper hierarchy.

Lol I always like it when I see others with the same name. Even in real life too. Its like you automatically have something in common with that other person!

Reminded of when someone stole my name that i took from a horror movie. Very shortly after i had to rename my rogue, i saw some punk druid using the name, which was very unfitting considering the character name. Like, if you’re gonna steal the name, at least make it a rogue too.
