When there are other ways to get such, it can be considered so.
Personally, I would have made the currency for the random memory item, if not the memories, drop from current raid as well as the other locations it dropped from. Just to give those who raided a way to get what they needed and serve as a form of BLP or to keep from being behind time gates.
