..........Thanksgiving?

Shouldn’t be a hard choice, really. What are you complaining about?

first world problems.

OP could celebrate their holiday and come back to wow after, but for some reason they don’t want to.

if you feel the need to make that choice, you don’t deserve either.

Not directing this at you, Qamaits but even if people are social distancing from their family and they would normally see them. Probably a good idea to put down the game for an hour or two and spend some virtual time with them. Isolation is not good for mental health.

Same, but my bday is the 21st

Americans and their American holidays that are literally celebrated in game by the American company that makes it. Odd, that.

and there are servers everywhere in the world. The world doesn’t stop so Americans can stuff the face for half a day

Does Thanksgiving last a week?

It’s hilarious to me what people come up with to complain about, like, somehow they are powerless to make decisions for themselves about what’s important while pitching it in a way that makes it seem like it’s Blizzard’s fault.

It’s like half a day. lol

The time you would have otherwise spent at work during a normal week. Most people I know get up, cook, have dinner, watch the game, have more dinner, and then they leave or pass out in late afternoon.

Perfect chance to slip away and still get a good 8-10 hours in before crashing.

A lot of salty Canadians in this thread.

Imagine thinking the choice is between game and family when it’s between game and food.

Oh I thought this was a chinese company.

LOL! Sounds like a personal problem.

Yes it does, actually.

We had ours a couple weeks ago. Most of the rest of the world doesn’t have it at all.

Happy Birthday, in advance, in case I forget.

well i do declare, i choose myself too.

On a more serious note, this shouldn’t even be a debate if you have a family.

I’m sure my mother in law will want everybody over but I’m going to decline, I don’t need the kids getting sick. Of course my hubby won’t understand that and will go anyways! :expressionless:

Making their employees choose between their work and families. I can’t imagine they will have time off during the week after an expansion release.
