Might be a round-about way. They do show you all your “Likes Given” on your character page (under Activity), so if you’re willing to scroll down and count all the ones within less than 24 hours, you’d know how many you gave.
The number of likes is tied to Trust Levels. See New Forum Guide - Syntax and Features – NOTE: They don’t say how many likes per level there, but what I’ve heard is 50 for Trust Level 1. Trust Level 2 says “more”, but since it requires visiting 15 days, most people won’t have it for another week or so.
