Thank you to the button rotation, I can actually play again

Thank you for agreeing with me.

How are you seeing people using it? You can’t see who is using OBR.

OBR actually raises the dps of the majority of casual players, so you should be seeing more people do better, higher dps, not the reverse.

This is extremely vague. What fights? What specs? Normal dungeons or mythic raid? All of these questions entirely changes the context and just saying this vaguely means nothing.

This has nothing to do with OBR, timewalking scaling is broken.

That is someone NOT using the OBR. Ironically OBR would help that bad player out more then not using OBR. So you are actually arguing for OBR.

This is the perfect example of a bad player (you) not understanding the game and thinking that you do, then forming a opinion based on your incorrect knowledge and trying to state that as factual.

sorry, I don’t feed trolls. I stand by my previous statement.

all it needs to do is show you a rotation not perform good damage…

My solution was to play easier classes

You’re literally agreeing with me that the OP made a troll post and that the 1 button feature is not going to be removed ever.

For someone who acts like you really doesnt watch whats happening on the screen do you? Its really not that hard to figure out who is or isnt using it. Alot of those people have said they were using it.

You jumped right off the bandwagon and really started badgering like you know me, which you dont. Just because you dont like what i have to say doesnt mean my post doesnt have merit.

One more thing to note. Who in their right mind would ever think of using one button in a mythic raid? No one thats who. So calm down and quit acting fool. You badger like a child.

I’m sorry, I never made a troll post. I was actually being honest. I am allowed to be worried as I know that some games go back on what they do and I haven’t really been back into WoW until what this current season? But okay, feel free to call me a troll for being thankful for something that’s actually allowed me to play again.

Same, I’ve been experimenting using it for like my single target spells that have an aoe counterpart, like lightning and chain lightning, earth shock and earthquake. it’s nice not having to swap my toolbar constantly for things like that. Also, tried it for dot management on warlock, so nice.
I want to try it on balance druid too.
I’ve just been keeping my normal rotation items on my toolbar but using the assist for the left-over. its def way easier, esp for the specs that have a massive button bloat issue.

Button bloat can be so annoying. I know I def use it on my mage because I just… Get so overstimulated by all of the buttons and everything else. but that’s okay, either way. It’s actually fun on balance druid!(Only reason I can even handle playing balance druid at this point mainly to just try to get achievements etc LOL)

Yea, the balance cycle rotation has always been a turn off for me. I’ve played it but mostly stayed in feral. I enjoy everything about balance, except the cycle rotation. it’s just too much over engineering. This new assistant at least helps with that.

This is awesome, glad you are able to play again.

I love the no sweat chill and bring tw dungeons and delves after work with it.

Personality don’t like complicated rotations and button boat.

Depending on spec it is anywhere from 5% to 40% off a perfect single target sim rotation. But yeah most are in that 10-15% range. Very very few people play within 10-15% of sims. For the vast majority of players it is not going to be ā€œbehind in damageā€, just the opposite.

It is so good it should, and probably will, become the main way most people play the game if they don’t nerf it. I’m not sure how people don’t understand the impact this will have on the way Blizz designs classes and content moving forward. People are going to get what they asked for whether they realize what they are asking for or not. /shrug

Massage therapist here developing arthritis in my hands. The one button rotation has saved my casual WoW gameplay. :muscle:

Balance druid is one of the two classes I tried it on so for. It uses a rather different rotation than my improvised self-discovered one. My first impression was that it didn’t feel better than mashing my own buttons, but I’m not a competitive player, so it’s probably mathematically better than what I do nevertheless.

I use balance on two of my lightly-played druids, so I’ve decided to use 1-button on one and not on the other and see if my opinion changes over time.

I’m glad you can enjoy the game again. It’s good that we can have accessibility features that help get people in the door.

You remind me of Fed Internet Theory where everybody on the internet has to be the feds or fed adjacent. 80 yos play WoW lmao

I don’t know what all the fuss is about tbh - I think it was/is a great idea.
I haven’t used it yet however I plan to when I make some farming alt classes that I’ve avoided so far
I’ve heard so many people putting it down however there has been a 1 button macro addon around for years with quite a strong community … this just brings a built in function to the game
I think it’s awesome to hear it’s helping so many people

I also have RA. Kinda early (52), and it’s moving fast…so I’m not as constant, accurate, and intense as I used to be.

Although I haven’t tried it (1Butt), nice to know it exists.

Also, insane how many turkey rectums flock to game forums! Such a parade of pathetics…I think that some of them don’t even know…lolzat =)

Sometimes you have to put the games down one day… With that many issues you shouldn’t really be playing games that require your hands.
