I just don’t agree with that premise. I feel like most high end players will not see a dps increase at those levels and will stick to their rotations since that’s their habit, they are playing at a high enough level to notice the dps loss with OBR, and (like you) will probably look down on anyone using OBR at those levels.
Meanwhile, most people who are using OBR at it’s fullest are going to be people at low end content and removing it from them to …fix a non existent problem just seems silly to me.
