Yes, so so so agree with you.
I was in my 30’s back when WoW came out…now add 20 years to that…so I am not into optimizing speed…I like to take my time, and smell the roses so to speak…preach it brother!

I have a feeling this is why you experienced toxicity and got kicked lmao. I’ve tanked countless dungeons in almost every expac, normal to m+, and have never gotten kicked for being too slow.
Edit: Honestly, most groups are too happy to have a tank to care. If this was a common occurrence for you… perhaps the other players were right.
The beauty of follower dungeons and delves is that I’ll never have to deal with a player like you again. You have every right to want to move quickly, but that’s not how I want to play. Now we don’t have to see each other lol
We need mythic+ follower dungeons.
Like to see the random npcs from the BFA’s Islands added into the group.
Sneaky Pete!
I was wholly focused on the job at hand…no distractions…I have tanked via my Warrior over the whole of the game, just not experienced to tanking via my Pallie, wanted to try it, so was just going at I would contend an even pace, but that was not fast enough for the ultimate speed mode that most want to go at these days…plus, as has been so often pointed out within the forms, the general toxicity of the player base is way off the charts. Twenty years ago it was not as bad.
