You’re being toxic right now. Several of your own posts include derogatory messages or statements. You are even having to censor yourself. Like, does it really make you feel better to say that stuff?
I noticed you skipped over Sunken Temple’s level range in this response, which is interesting because that was the message in their comment. Furthermore, what time do you play at that you have no problems finding groups?
By definition, a “ninja looter” includes two things (there are other definitions but they relate to raiding):
- A player who, when in a group, rolls “Need” on everything regardless of if he or she can use it.
- A player who, when in a group, rolls “Need” on BoE recipes for a character they are not currently playing.
Technically, a player needing on an item that they can use, regardless of their current role (Tank, Heal, or DPS) is NOT ninja’ing. We see this all the time with Figurine of the Colossus from Shattered Halls and Paladins of any specialization needing on it. It’s not ninja’ing since you’d still have a chance at winning the roll. Yes, it is a jerk move, but it’s not ninja’ing.
And how do you know that? Do you have a poll of players who admitted to going AFK because someone in their group was geared?
