What dev notes? The ones saying:
- Lower-geared players are now slightly more damage-resistant.
- Incoming damage should be more noticeable against geared players.
- Fixed an issue where item level scaling did not account for enchantments, gems, and other power sources.
AFAIK I’ll still blast through them in enha spec queued as healer just like HC dungeons, while toping everyone.
Can’t wait to see how this scaling actually works. Regerdless getting my 5 weekly dungeons done on alt shouldn’t be an issue.
