Hello, I recently logged into WoW retail, and now every time i target anything, a Text-To-Speech voice announces the name of the target. I have looked high and low for a solution, but nothing seems to have worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have disabled/removed all addons, and even turned the text-to-speech volume to 0. what’s going on here???
I just returned to the game after being away for about a year and I noticed on login what appears to the text to speech feature turned on. It is annoying as hell for me and I can’t find a way to turn if off. I have tried all the specific settings as well and nothing works aside from completely turning off the audio. So I am in this same boat.
same here. i noticed I don’t have the complete options in the Audio Assist section. I compared it to someone with the full options list
