Exactly why horde deserve fast queues. If they don’t go through with this change all the horde pvpers quit and they don’t want that.
Maybe instead they should have tried to prevent every PvPer rolling Horde, as this specifically was warned about well ahead of time.
You did not describe a castsequence macro. And I’m too tired for this, so here ya’ go.
And it doesn’t matter what you think about something that was in BC and removed, or changed. It was THERE. Everyone has a different opinion of what makes the game better and what changes are good, yadda, yadda. It doesn’t matter. People want to play TBC, not what you think TBC should or shouldn’t be.

They changed what defensive stance was. In retail assist is what defensive was in TBC.
God. Just read. Just a little.
No it isn’t. It’s asking for the same amount of resources per capita as there was in BC.
OOHH. Okay. When I want to play a BG, you know, like the ones that were in TBC, I’m instead put in a WARGAME. And although I’m put on the HORDE side, it’s not merc mode.
Like I said, I’m tired. And I’m done.
And the removal of the one boost restriction.
It’s easy, pretty much guaranteed, money.
The Orc Rogue approves. Being able to actually get into a battleground shortly after queue is so nice. Please keep this.
so now Alliance has to face an endless train of premade groups in bgs ? Horde has the volume of players to put together many premades going at once, this is a problem.
Its time to cancel these devs.

Body seems unclear, is it a complete sentence?

The change is perfectly fine honestly. Any minmaxers prob already rolled horde I don’t see this effecting population that much since there isn’t any faction transfer. Maybe boosting on a new account might be an issue, however most people probably don’t care that much to put the time in. A lot of Alliance doomers complaining just because the other portion of the playerbase can actually play a feature in the game is wild to me. Just crying and not offering an alternative. Trust me I haven’t been happy with some of Blizzards behavior with classic (ruining Incendius) but this is a change that has to happen. Maybe take a step back and implement the 30m WSG and 1600 resources for AB/EoS. But if its just Alliance not Qing then it prob won’t change much. All and all Alliance need to get a grip, Blizzard needs to actually listen to this feedback, and complainers/doomers need to give ACTUAL feedback. Good change so far, glad I can actually play BGs, having a blast.
Lmao this is the worst of all solutions unbelievable!
Yea no. I’m sorry but the exceptionally small “PVP racial stackers” are not the reason for the imbalance. It seems that you literally can’t move past that talking point. I’m literally proof what you’re saying is just untrue, as I rolled Horde at the start of Classic without any consideration of racial abilities.
Will unsub if this happens no chance.
It’s because those “negative posts” have no substance. They’re literally all about quitting the game or name calling people who try and have a discussion. Just like how a lot of people are doing here.
If this change stays in game, it’s thanks to all the Alliance players that provided 0 feedback and instead decided to act like children.
There have been legitimate feedback posts from Alliance players, and even Horde players not liking this change, mass flagged and deleted.
No I literally did. A castsequence macro is a macro that goes through an array of abilities specified in the macro. You give it the list of spells to cast and the reset condition, generally a period of time after the last keypress before the macro “resets” back to the beginning of the list. YOU don’t know what a castsequence Macro is because you think they are going to give you back the broken and unintended LUA functions of old wow. They said this in Classic before TBC, no you cannot have the macros play the game for you. Git gud.
What you quoted is false. I made a castsequence Macro that rotates through Inner Fire, Shadow Protection, and Touch of Weakness. Each hit of the button moves to the next skill with no issue. What you are EXPECTING to happen is the ability to macro off GCD abilities mid cast sequence and add other conditionals not supported by the macro system. YOU DON’T GET TO HAVE THAT. Too bad. So sad. Macros don’t get to play the game for you.
Defensive NEVER worked like that. You have no idea what you are talking about. There’s a REASON players would macro /petattack into their abilities. it’s because a DEFENSIVE pet would only attack a target that attacked the master. And aggressive would just run at everything. Defensive is working as it always did.
Well so far two things you’ve made claims about you are WRONG about. Probably because you’ve never played on TBC but rather TBC private servers, servers with lots of changes and updates that created an incorrect experience compared to the original game.
But that is a change. That is LITERALLY A CHANGE. The game doesn’t work off per capita resources. You want it to. That is a change. You want changes.
Yea it’s not the same thing. because there’s a lot of other functionality and features that go into merc mode. And you still get to play the BG the exact same. I see no fundamental reason why being Ally side and fighting against other Horde is somehow a retail experience, since you do that in arena and seem to not say anything.
Then leave? No one is making you post your incorrect nonsense on the forums. You are wrong about almost EVERY facet of TBC. You’ve made several incorrect claims about how the game used to work, and you lack the ability to properly back up your claims.
You’re “Blizzard is the worst, Alliance PVP is dead” posts are not legitimate feedback. Please try again. You complaining that this is the worst change ever does nothing for this thread.
You could talk about queue issues, impact on the current queue times, impact on the games, report issues with matchmaking, etc. Most people however are just using a lot of exaggerated statements like “The matchmaking 100% places you against premades whenever you are Alliance” as an outlet for when they are unhappy about losing a BG.
or impact on the game in general. Don’t be afraid of real feedback.
But it needs to be actual . Not crying. not complaining. Not speculation or personal feelings. “This will kill the Alliance” is not really feedback, it’s your personal opinion based entirely on speculation and nothing more.
And there you said it. “Each hit.”
Yes, you CANNOT AUTOMATE WITH A CAST SEQUENCE. You must press it each time. Are you stupid?
Yea, and scripting your character to play itself was stated to not be part of the Classic experience. Stay mad.
Incorrect. It was attack whatever attacked you. I know. I played a mage and a lock in TBC. Both had pets. And both have to have macros.
Nah they just determined what made sense. It’s not like low pop and high pop servers had different rates. Back in the day low pop servers had more resources per capita than high pop. Simple as that.
Yea because you weren’t experiencing the issue. When you don’t experience the issue your opinion on that issue kinda holds a LOT less weight. Not that it’s not pointless, but your viewpoint will always be framed without understanding.
Free faction changes could help alleviate the issue and it definitely sounds more reasonable than same faction BG’s which completely destroys the lore.
Great feedback! See Amideus, this is feedback.
