Terrible customer service, Blizzard suspended the wrong account

Blizzard needs to do better with their customer service. So much automated responses and never help out whatsoever. I have multiple accounts on one email and one of my accounts was suspended for 6 months from “my fellow players reporting me” when I have never gotten in trouble before at all. When asking on how did they come to this resolution, just another automated response and will not be further looked at. Mind you I never say anything in this game other than to people in my party groups or friends on Bnet and its never vulgar/offensive chat. I finally get to play my WOW2 account after 6 months of waiting and then two hours of finally playing I get a two week ban for abusive chat on my WOW 2 account that just got unsuspended. I said nothing on that account at all. During that 6 month period I made a new account (WOW3) to play on to pass the time of 6 months to finally play my WOW 2 account. I made this WOW 3 account to continue to play with friends and just play like normal. People can literally report you and after mass reports of blizzard just penalizes you without any investigating work. I saw a streamer talk about this and he put it to the test and had his viewers report him and he got a 2 week silence in game and then did it again and got a 3 week suspension and on his email it said He got reported for abusive chat when he said nothing. This needs to be fixed. Because blizzard is just becoming lazy and not doing anything they dont care anymore.
