Templar "Hammer of Light" delay

It’s probably because it has an in-the-backend cast time, because it also resets/delays your melee swing.

I’d say this is definitely a bug. And the GCD is probably not affected by haste or something, because it’s just weird.

Hammer of Light GCD Bug

The GCD triggered by Hammer of Light is unaffected by haste. It feels awful to use HoL and then slowly wait for my other spells to come back up.
