Basically make it so tempest and bolt can increase the damage and reduce the cd of your next crash lightning, up to 6 targets so tempest doesn’t get out of hand.
Also add elemental blast to effects such as awakening storms and supercharge.
And while we’re at it, increase the stack cap of hailstorm to 20/30.
