You guys were clever enough to realize that in some cases, a Shaman might get a second Tempest proc before he can cast the first, so let it stack two 2. But you WEREN’T clever enough to let Arc Discharge stack to 2 with it, so you lose an insta-cast lightning bolt because you can’t cast LB between them since Tempest replaces LB. Come on.
To be clear, I don’t want a tempest button. I love the button economy of “replace” abilities. Just let Arc Discharge stack, so we don’t lose a free LB cast.
That is happening in 11.1. Ele gets 2 charges of it back I believe and for Enh Arc Discharge stacks to 2. Might stack to 2 for both though I cant remember if ele is getting 2 charges back or if it is just going to stack to 2, but either way both are going to be able to stack to 2.
I don’t know much about Enh. I’ve been playing Ele and it doesn’t happen that often, in fact, it’s kinda hard to /force/ to happen. But it can happen, and it’s a bummer when it does.
It happens to Enh often, thats why they are fixing this in 11.1 for both specs.
