As much as I loathe Telstra, it’s actually NBN’s fault. I’m with MyRepublic and my net’s also going down. A quick check on NBN Co.'s site and they have planned maintenance.

Might affect all depending on the work. Most telecommunications infrastructure is Telstra infrastructure.
