Tell me what's wrong with multiboxers

They’re still all getting the xp from completing the quest. They’re not each getting 1/3 of the quest xp. And they don’t have to spend any time look for a group for the end quest in the chain which is often an elite. I’ve watched it happen and I know you’re ignorant or lying if you claim multiboxers aren’t paying for easy mode quick leveling.

It’s all rationalization and pretense. They’re lying to us because they want to defend their choice to multibox.

Have you tried a class action lawsuit to force blizzard to change it’s stance on multiboxing?
That’s all i have, everything else is just ‘‘no u’’ arguments that go nowhere on here.

There are advantages of multi boxing for sure…i just think you are blowing them way out of proportion (especially the queue thing…sorry you had to wait an extra 3 seconds behind me in the queue). However, I still don’t think there is an unfair advantage…and that’s the crux of all this, right? Everything you explained above can be accomplished with a group and a multi boxer will have no advantage over that. PvP…sure I can focus fire…but a well placed fear will destroy me. Everything I do as a multi boxer can be done by a group.

I also stand by my “play to win” comments and maybe it’s just because I don’t see the game that way. Maybe you are min/maxers, which I am definitely not. Many people seem to play this game like a competitive esport. I choose to play it as a journey and could care less about who is ahead of me (this is my highest level toon atm). I multi box because I like the challenge and convenience of controlling multiple characters. I guess we will have to agree to disagree, but my ultimate point is that there are many people that multi-box who are just having fun in their own way. Just think of that before you /spit on the next multi boxer you see.

Yeah for real. So with that said, I take back what I said earlier about Moominmama seeming like a great person.
Now I consider Moominmama to be a deceiving person who is just here to either troll, or to deceive and argue in bad faith like most of the other pro-multiboxing players I’ve encountered in these forums.

I’m no longer going to take what Moominmama has to say about multiboxing seriously like many of the other pro-multiboxers who prefer to deceive and argue in bad faith, including, but not limited to Amellia, Frosto, Nemesys, Bozho, and Gernsback.
Terrible. Just terrible. They should be all ashamed of themselves as far as I’m concerned.

No one is ever going to admit that they’re paying extra money each month to play the game on easy mode and to have an advantage over single account players. But it’s obvious that’s what they’re doing. It might also be fun for them and there might be some strategy in setting up the program that allows them to clone a single keystroke to several other characters. But in the end it makes the game significantly easier and gives them an advantage over single account players.

I’m going to go with you two should look into a class action lawsuit, you seem to feel very strongly for this.

Lucky for you that you think everything is perfect in the game and you don’t have a single complaint or to be logically consistent you would have to file class action lawsuits every time you saw a problem.

Reality check. No one cares about your irrelevant troll posts, Borgeous.

it’s not trolling, i actually think you should look into a lawsuit. you already stated you wouldn’t take anyone here seriously who doesn’t agree with you so the ‘‘discussion’’ is effectively over in that regard since you wont allow any other dissenting opinions. so you have two options continue talking amongst yourselves why you hate multiboxers or class action lawsuit.

Except that I am willing to have discussions with people I disagree with, as should be obvious above, so even this post here you just made is trolling as you’re assuming the worst of me for no reason as if I won’t discuss things with anyone I disagree with.
I said I won’t discuss multiboxing issues with people who have shown to be deceivers who argue in bad faith, or who troll, which now includes yourself by the way.

you keep using the world troll, but you’re using it incorrectly i’m not trying to rile you up i’ve provided you with a solution to your problem that does not you require just continuously insulting people whom disagree with you and has more chance of making blizzard change their mind than simply posting here inflammatory things about other people.

In a debate some arguments are more rational than others and have more of a factual basis. If you think this is just “no u” arguments either your reading comprehension isn’t equal to the task or you lack the knowledge and discernment to weigh the arguments. You should begin with a study of logical fallacies.

Look into a class action lawsuit with blizzard to get them to change their stance on multiboxing, that is all i have to add i’m aware you wont take that option to heart but it’s there.

I’m absolutely sure that is all you have to “add”

You are incredibly rude, i just want you to know that.

Finding a group is just one of the many challenges in the game that multiboxers pay to avoid. I actually tried to find a 5 person alt group to start at level 5 and level together 1 day a week. I started a forum post on my server forum. Even though I was willing to play what ever class was needed to complete the group including either tank or healer I was unable to find 4 other people who could commit to the same time or day.

Some quests reward an npc or several that will follow you around and fight with you for a limited amount of time. It’s a significant advantage in the game even though the AI that controls them isn’t as smart as a real person would be. Would it be pay to win if you could buy them to play with you constantly? Would that make the game easier?

Sounds like Rot is making a fool of himself again. Fortunately I don’t have to see it this time because I blocked him already. :+1:

Btw, a class action lawsuit doesn’t apply to multiboxing what so ever. It’s their game. It’s up to them whether they allow it or not. A lawsuit is to protect consumers from bad business practices or faulty products. Blizzard was at risk of such a lawsuit with WC 3 reforge, but they dodged the bullet by allowing full automatic refunds, no questions asked, to anyone that submitted a ticket for it.

You have no idea. If I were to tell you what I think of the quality of your arguments and what I think of you based on them I’d get a suspension. I’ll admit that even though I try to stay on that side of the line I’ve sometimes failed.

Oh, well that’s a shame i retract my idea then.
