Mage Teleporting sends me to die at sea

I’ve just teleported to Stormwind and left to get coffee while it was loading. I came back dead in the middle of the sea just beneath Badlands.

Edit : I’m too far to fly back to safety from fatigue, nor do I have time to hearth before fatigue kills me again. Cost me 1k in repairs. Also, it seems random, as I’ve just successfully ported to Stormwind.

Same has occurred to me teleporting from the anniversary area of Tanaris to both SW and IF. both times it dropped me int he ocean, subsequent teleport cast to the same town as intended has worked.

edited - this is the teleport to SW or IF spell i have - not using the static portal in the CoT

Same thing just happened to me. Teleported from the Anniversary area into the sea outside Swamp of Sorrows.
