Just now tried to use teleporter in Keeper’s respite. Not in battle. Says I’m busy and can’t use Taxi service right now. Waited several minutes, still doesn’t work. Relogging fixed it.
(I had just flown back from killing a rare behind Vault of Secrets and may have been attacked as I took the ride.)
