Outdated information. At one time there may have been problems but there were quests where they purged any remaining corruption.
If you really, really stretched you Might get away with it was Summermoon’s fault because she triggered the unstable, soulless, self-centered banshee, but, you’d still really be stretching it.
In reality, the gnome’s right. It’s entirely Sylv’s fault.

Delaryn may have been the match, but if you’ve got a leader that is so unstable that a single phrase can result in such a heavy handed response like what she did in the cinematic … I’d be terrified of being under her leadership.
That’s someone who needs a checkup from the neck up.
I’ve never liked Jaina. She’s a woman written by men who aren’t very good at writing…or women, and her motivations and behaviors make very little sense most of the time.
But Teldrassil was 100% on the Banshee and the Horde on site who didn’t say “no.”
Teldrassil was solely Sylvana’s fault. Let’s stop trying to blame all the other leaders just because you can;t face the fact your Banshee “Queen” is an evil undead creature, and stop wanting to do her all the time.
I think Garrosh dying is her fault too. And Sargeras coming to Azeroth, that’s also her.
She also crated the orcs out of thin air and single handedly made the dark portal and made them kill all the humans. Now she is mind controlling Sylvanas because she is a super mage.
