Currently level 60, when I use Mind Blast without Shadowform, I deal an average of 650 damage, but when I use it while in Shadowform, I deal around 450 damage (this applies to all shadow damage, not just Mind Blast)
Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?
Shadowform gives you a different action bar, just like druid forms or warrior stances. Make sure you have the max rank of Mind Blast bound to your Shadowform action bar.
Well that explains it, I had lower rank spells on my shadowform bar.
