I enjoyed retail Vanilla and BC. I have enjoyed Classic. I’ll enjoy Classic BC. Flying doesn’t negate BC being an MMO. Was it poorly implemented? Yes. That doesn’t negate the genre.
Much more balanced classes and specs, things to do at max level besides raid-log. No world buffs. Viable professions.
Change my mind.

Not really more balanced. More fleshed out specs. 
There’s a TON to do in Classic besides raid log. And if you don’t PvP then BC is very similar in the end game to Classic.
There’s a world buff, but only that one. Private servers have found a mob or two you can MC and get short buffs from. The meta will come for you! LOL
And yet you’ll be required to pick up leatherworking if you’re in a meta, min/max guild so basically the same as Classic’s engineering.
I enjoy BC, but it gets the rose-tinted treatment like Vanilla and Wrath do a lot.

If TBC isn’t an MMO to you then Retail must be a Phone Game to you.
It’s absolutely an MMO and in fact is much more a case of “Classic, Streamlined” than “Modern Retail LFG Garbage.”
I keep telling people this but they don’t seem to understand.
Retail is just a BETTER VERSION of TBC.
World PVP and PVP servers are a meme anway.
Just dominated by multiboxers.
PVE servers and playing arena is the future.

For the anti TBC people these terms are synonymous. It must be tough living in a world that black and white.
