Please give us a TBC Fresh release during the prepatch so each side can have Shamans + Paladins while leveling up which is a new Classic experience for a ‘fresh.’
Enable GDKP’s on this server and let the community show you what they want out of the game. Listen to your player base by watching their feet. This will be a good test for a potential Classic+ on what the overwhelming amount of the community desire.

Yep gdkps did really well for SoM and MoP
Anni population is the evidence people don’t want gdkps

I agree, GDKP should be allowed back. It helps raids fill with people that gear-wise don’t have any other real reason to go to raids. If you win no loot in the run, you don’t really care because at least your time wasn’t wasted because you’re getting gold. Sure there are probably scammy GDKP’s but those people should be reported and banned individually instead of ruining the entire GDKP loot system for everyone.

Only Visa addicts want GDKP back. Time to earn you gear in TBC the old fashioned way in a guild.
Sorry GDKPers but no. And I’m not sorry.

I agree add token and put back in gdkps.

Agreed revert the ban policy so people don’t need to do them illegally and find ways around the ban just to play the game how they want.
The gdkp players aren’t going away if you haven’t figured it out by now.
Don’t ruin tbc for us based on a failed experiment.

Anniversary population? It’s a raid log server. You can run to MC/BWL, AQ and Naxx without anyone interfering because people are just doing their weekly chore of raiding.

I support this but remember that anti-gdkp’ers are the low raider performance players, and its a evil we need sadly
i dont found a solution on separating more the community, but if this would be like a last option i would be aggred.
Even tho as long we are a majority and we keep posting about GDKP’s dev’s will hear us and they will find a solution to unban GDKP once more.

No GDKP ever - and instead of simple bans for gold buyers pursue actual legal action against the gold sellers and permanently ban the credit and bank cards of the offending players

It’s actually the opposite.
The GDKP buyers are usually the fat rich guys in life who barely login and can’t commit to a guild so they swipe their credit cards for gold to buy a raid spot in GDKP groups.
they’re usually 5’7-5’8 married 250+ lbs, have a corporate job or work in IT and complain their wife hasn’t laid them in a decade and have 3 kids.

GDKP’s are the bane of LC guilds. Officers+ Leaders + Raid Leaders lose a lot of their players because no one wants to go raid with loot goblins and rarely see any spoils themselves. You will see the officers around SW with full BiS already while the other members are getting 1 item every 2 resets (if that).
GDKP fixes that issue and you always leave with something. GDKP helps fund these stupid consume prices also. Banning GDKP’s didn’t fix or mitigate the problem they were trying to solve.
Firewater: 20g ea.
Chocolate: 90g~
Mongoose: 100g/stack
Juju: 17g for 3 Might’s etc.
FAPS: 12g/stack
Rend Buff: 100g
so on and so forth. Blizzard is literally driving the demand for illegal gold because they’ve not fixed the issues. They could increase spawn nodes of consume mats and spawn rates to drive the prices down. They can increase firewater drop rate so that drives the prices down etc.. This is why I chose to NOT play a Warrior in Classic Anni once I heard GDKP’s were gone because I knew the ridiculous costs to play one with GDKP’s being banned.

As a GDKP fan I enjoy PvP. I PVE only for my PVP BiS. I don’t want to sit in a raid spending a ton of gold to gear out my LC Loot Goblins. GDKP’s are far more efficient with better players so my time can be spent doing the things I enjoy due to the shorter raid clears.
If you have people that are AFK ‘whales’ in the run then the rest of your GDKP is going to be top tier performers to make up for them. In return those skilled players are getting BIG raid cuts at the end for their efforts and the afk ‘whale’ gets no split only the gear.

Tell me how you think gdkps will reduce inflation

Being paid in rmt to help rmters rmt is not how you reduce inflation
It literally does the opposite
And the afk whale gets a split if they spend enough

It would not reduce inflation but with the size of the GDKP cuts you can easily afford consumes along with saving gold to bid on items the following week. There’s a reason why so many people had 6+ alts running GDKP’s per week.
The afk ‘whale’ does not get a split at least in most GDKP’s they didn’t in STAX.
GDKP’s also gave top performer cuts or extra cuts for tanks so making raids was a lot easier.

So your solution to stopping rmt is to spread rmt further?
It’s to allow loot systems that reward the highest rmter with any item they want?
How do you think this would reduce rmt?
And what do the people that don’t want to support rmt do? Fall behind? You are just explaining a reason it was banned
see “damned if you do, damned if you don’t"

Banning GDKP’s makes people RMT. How many of the warriors + hunters in the top 50 raid guilds on Anniversary would be banned for swiping so they can afford their consumes? I ask about melee in particular because their raid consumes are so expensive.
Let’s say they don’t swipe… How can they afford alts when they spend 500~ a week on one single warrior alone? RMT is a part of the game because Blizzard doesn’t use real living people to monitor bot routes to just ban them instantly. They make too much sub money off the bots to really enforce it.
A buddy of mine left Anniversary because he refused to swipe but he couldn’t afford his consumes without swiping. Perhaps he should choose a cheaper class to raid with and not something he enjoys playing.

Classic PvP is really bad. I’d recommend retail or wrath for PvP. Using consumes in PvP is a PvE activity
