I’m only going to play if I can one shot macro a hunter
that would be because blizzard didn’t even entertain the idea until around when they shut down the private server for it. you should really learn what context is.
I’m actually pretty sure my bud told me that they are implementing something that stops that from functioning so you’ll have to manually steady shot lmfao
RIP BC classic is dead
But yeah tbc classic will be garbage if it’s 2.4.3 all the way through, pre nerf the game would be fun.
exactly even if only for a short time. I’d love to pull off some of the cheese only available in BC
Molten Core wasn’t called “Molten Bore” in vanilla for nothing!
Oh there’s a reason. Money.
I really dislike this take, I wanted to play Vanilla EXACTLY as it was.
Yes, give me the scuffed specs and talent trees and whatever else, idc, molten core and bwl was so brain dead easy because all the classes were overpowered by the time 1.12 came out relative to the earlier raids.
1.1 might have actually been interesting, 1.1 raiding is MUCH different to 1.12 raiding, like comparing apples and oranges honestly.
The fact that we had post 1.6 threat changes was huge, the entire reason vael was a guild killer was because threat used to have a “skittish” mechanics that meant even being close to the tank on threat put you at risk at pulling threat.
Most people have no clue just how much of the game is missing by starting on 1.12.
The fact the TBC crowd is so against 2.4.3 because they know it take a huge chunk out of the game just goes to show how bad it is recreating old expansions but lazily putting it out on the final patch and calling that an experience.
Oh and most people dont know this, but world buffs would be almost non existent on a 1.1 patch.
For starters, warlock shards disappear on logout, so there goes your DMT/WCB/DMF/Felwood summoners.
Second, to get to molten core you need to run through BRD to access it, so your going to waste half your buffs just getting to the instance
Warriors wouldn’t be the top DPS either as Blodthirst in 1.1 did no extra damage bonus! It was simple an attack that regened HP!
1.1 would have almost all metas shaken up, private server players would have no clue what the meta was anymore and classes like hunters would probably excel in an environment where mp5/evocation and hit was almost non existant.
I will load up bc servers, but i wasn’t as invested in the time of bc in 2007. I enjoyed the questing and junk, but i could not get into the dungeons or the raids, save for Kharazhan. Classic wow has better dungeons and raids overall for me, but bc was still cool. I pvped alot back then and will when bc classic is out. Zangarmarsh and nagrand stand out to me as some of the greatest leveling zones in the game at the time, and still to this day.
My only hope, as i still love retail wow with shadowlands, shadowlands is pretty cool, but i would love if the vanilla wow overworld that was a part of the burning crusade and wrath of the lich king expansions, comes back as an option for leveling in retail wow. It is just a bummer for me that we can’t have that old overworld back in retail. Looking forward to bc classic though, cant wait. will probably play a warrior again, a tauren warrior.
Regardless the content is their. In classic it wasn’t. I could care less,. but watch and see. They didn’t add classic to be nice. It was the way legally to make a case against hack servers.
Retail is not superior to Classic and you can tell that is a fact by the attitudes of the posters in the different General forums.
This would be better in the wow classic forums.
This is true. Also, I found your leg let me know if you want it back.
Look forward to Sunwell getting cleared in an hour.
The min/max players make up the majority of the no changes crowd. They been playing on private servers for years and knew what was OP and what they could exploit and that’s why they demanded no changes.
Was Blizzard listening to those people? Or was Classic always going to be a mostly duplicate version of Vanilla with little changes here and there? I figured Blizzard was going to put as little money and time in to Classic as possible. Why would they put a ton of money and time into it when most people seemed content with the Vanilla experience? Blizzard was never going to put the resources in to creating new content and what not for a game that old.
They will have to make the BE Paladin seal available to both factions. No way they make Seal of Blood BE only again.
It’s not bad it’s actually pretty good. It’s just not an authentic Vanilla experience and people get the two confused.
I will legitimately stop playing retail, TBC-WOTLK WoW was the best since they were not trying to balance three levels of tiers. TBC was amazing WoW wise. It was getting more challenging without the three layers of tuning retail has.
