Hello! I’ve just started redoing the blood knight quests on TBC classic and it made me curious on something.
when Draenei use their racial they get that symbol on their forehead, right? what about blood knights? the light they use is kind of from the naaru as well (despite taken by force etc etc) so would it be odd for them to have some type of symbol when they use the light?
i also considered maybe runic tattoos to help them but i wasn’t sure.
The forehead sigils in particular have only ever been depicted on Draenei, as far as I know. I don’t think there’s ever been any specific reason given, however. As I’m only going from memory (because I can’t be bothered to pour over Paladin/Draenei artwork right now) feel free to take that previous sentence with a grain of salt.
I personally feel magic markings are the safer choice here, as they are pretty much universal and Blood Elves especially are likely to be familiar with such things. To an extent I find myself wondering if many would even care either way, but I digress.
