Yuuup. Just happened for me too.
15 key and a 20 key to this day still happening and no blue post anywhere, a tip to avoid it though, don’t bring the adds into the room, and don’t open the door in combat. those two things were tested and definitely bug the fight.

Just happened to my group still not fixed. I think it was because adds where in the boss room and we killed them.
So it happened in our +18 at myza’s oasis. I had an issue where i pick up spear in spires and my WOW UI starting having a seizure so i couldn’t spear. So than i went into this 18 and the instrument would play but the fight wouldn’t register. So i logged out and disabled all addons, and the fight started after retrying. So it’s one addon we are all using that is causing this bug. If it happens log out disable all addons, come back in and it should work. I haven’t narrowed down what addon it is but i will in the future. I have DBM, Raider IO, skada, sexy map, and astral keys. I believe it’s something to do with the raider IO download.
