While I agree with you in theory, as someone who has never participated in any Mythic+ content, I’m leery about having no raider io score, having a lower ilvl then most people participating, and being shut out of groups. I could always start my own group, of course, but I’m not sure how appealing that would be to others, as they can join more experienced groups and thus more easily clear the content.
Have to see how it all shakes out, of course - I’ll probably end up trying it and loving it, for all I know.
