Yes, but the only one that comes to mind for me at this time would at this time would be The Stonewind Tribe, The Stonewind Tribe - Guild Summary (worldofwarcraft.com) They are quite a kind and gentle bunch that from what I’ve seen always express great compassion and care to others, while also upholding Tauren centered Lore, and hosting Tauren tribal focused events. But I am unsure if they are still active or not, I also recommend looking over this Horde guild directory to help aid you in your search to!
