It says Moonguard so…furryville. lol
For sure. I’m not talking about tanks that are being noobish, I’m referring to the players just being terrible people. If the tank is new or something, I’m happy to help if no one else is.
thats why we have Death and Decay believe me nothing says hey everyone lets all go whoop that guy first faster than your feet rotting because of the foulness underneath you
Oh…yeah… just stay away from that one inn and it’s good
No that server makes me think like Arthas. The entire server must be purged. You are welcome to come over to Dalaran, I’ll use cleanse and get you in guild, so you will be safe.
You do realize it can be canceled through multiple means yes?
Know your place fool
Thank you! Seriously,OP this narking on tanks is getting pretty old and if you lot don’t stop treating your respective tanks like crap, you’re going to have REALLY long queue waits in your future. Tanks make sure you dont get your face eaten off by deciding the pulls, making them, building threat from said pulls, using cooldowns to make the healer’s job less of a headache, etc.
Pulls and their size often depend on the group and how much they can handle [some players are new, returning or live in areas with limited internet options so aren’t going to be god tier straight out the door] Big pulls may happen, small pulls may happen so as not to bite off more than one can chew, pulls may not be blink of an eye fast to allow defensive cooldowns to come back or casters to drink up.
I get it,you were probably burned by a diva tank, but that doesn’t mean DPS should just recklessly go around pulling liberally as that’s unfair to the rest of the party especially the potentially new tank or the very squishy healer. Most tanks just wanna do their job no more no less,be a team player and don’t make it anymore needlessly difficult than it needs to be.
So now you’re taking me because you know what I say is true, it’s okay I’m not mad at you.
Not if you use it then attack right away.
I could just vanish (shadowmeld) to drop my aggro.
I could just leave the group after pulling in some cases.
Know your weaknesses, noob.
I usually do, DnD, blood boil, heart strike once, blood boil again.
Double Blood boil if I need to get agro fast.
Have fun with that whileim 80 yards away.
I could do the same. Just pop shadowmeld and force neutral after leaping away.
Sweet, that is just whatI wanted.
Acknowledge your lack of self worth foo
This elicited a chuckle, thanks.
Fairly late into the Legion expansion, I was with two guild mates running a normal mythic dungeon, in which we pug’d the last two spots. We were doing them to ‘train’ one of our newer Demon Hunter alts in the ways of tanking, and we made that very clear at the beginning to the healer and rogue that joined us.
Naturally, we tried to go at a steady pace to let our wet-behind-the-ears DH tank learn the ropes…but the rogue was having none of that. He pulled an extra mob group, after which he was asked by our rather nervous tank guildy to not repeat. The rogue said nothing, we carried on…and he did it again.
So we let him tank them. He barely survived it, finally said something rather nasty, and initiated a kick of our guild-mate tank. It was laughably obvious were were guildies from our behavior…and of course, ‘name-plates’…so naturally, the kick failed. Just as naturally, we kicked him instead. Best of all, our DH received the usual ‘delete yourself’ rage whispers shortly after.
We still laugh about that to this day, and it is also still one of the most satisfying things I’ve ever done in this game.
This. My threshold for requeuing with a group while leveling or tw weeks is super high. And I happily /ignore troublesome dps.
K, go have fun with rage timers. Noob.
patchwerk says hi
Posting in a toxic thread.
Dungeons are a team effort people.
But each team needs to do its part and not the others. If the healer starts DPSing while a hunter tries to heal everyone, it will fail. You know your role, stay in your lane, and do your job and everyone wins. This means DPS not pulling.
Your attitude sucks and I tend to drop groups with people like you.
Sure if you have a crazy slow tank then yeah I get it. But if you’re creating chaos in the group then that’s not fun or how it’s meant to be played.
Even when I run as DPS I don’t like it if everyone is trying to play as tank.
But hey that’s just my opinion…you play how you like.
You’re a joke of a DPS if you think rage timers are a thing
In my M+ runs i regularly have my DPS pull groups for me. The healer often DPSes, and I will toss additional heals as will DPS.
It’s a team effort.
What i am trying to say is, no one role is more important than another. Everyone has to do their job plus or the group may not succeed.
The worst pullers are the DPS who play a class with a tank spec.
