It’s probably a nice axe for someone in the raid to use as the debuff stacks with sunder so it’s a raid DPS increase for physical damage.
I prefer using a fast weapon for tanking and it’s pretty fast compared to a lot of other options. Rage generation is smoother and if you have a lot of rage you can spam more heroic strikes for good threat.
So yeah, nice weapon. I’ve got my eye on one when I have some spare coin.
